Next week my group members and I are going to make a presentation about the film ''Boys Don't Cry''. In this film, being a man is told as being though and strong. As we can understand from its title, it says that boys never cry. What do you think about that? Can boys cry or should not they?

6. MANAGEMENT SCIENCES

I want to stduy the Management Sciences in Sabancı University and I have found out that I will be making a lot of presentation in the faculty, so I saw that the preperations about presentations in ENG 101 will be very beneficial and helpful for me. I have decided to take this work more more seriously...

5. AFTER PRESENTATION

I want to talk about the practice presentation. It was very informative and joyful. I saw that there is still a lot of thing to learn about presenting something to people. I want to thank my class mates and my teacher again...

4. PRESENTATION & COMMUNICATION

Next week my group member and I are going to present our ENG 101 Practice Presentation. We have decided the division of labour and after a last meeting we will be ready for the presentation completely. In my opinion, the main purpose of this group project is improving the communication skill because human beings are social creatures and this skill is so essential to live happily. The communication between group members, and the communication between the presenters and the audience are the core of this project.

3. HOLIDAY

The holiday is about to finish and I hate this part right here. I did nothing during the whole week and I feel very bad about it. How was your holiday?

2. THE COURSE ENG 101

I want to talk about the benefits of the course ENG 101. Firstly, the course ENG 101 has definitely expanded my horizon with the class topics and the sources related to the topics. The texts are really interesting and it can be found that some really useful information in them. In my opinion, the writings about the reality TV shows are the best. Beside, the documentary we watched before the holiday week was really attractive and showed us some truths that we may not be able to notice before in our daily lives. Secondly, I think that the argumentative atmospehere of the classes with a teacher leading us to think actively and effectively will help us to be successful in this university and also in our social and work life.
